Spark A Life With Art is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering younger generations through artistic exploration. Our mission is to foster creativity and provide meaningful engagement, guiding youth away from societal challenges. We focus on positively influencing youth to mitigate the impact of societal issues, including the opioid epidemic.

Participation in our programs and activities is voluntary. The Organization reserves the right to deny participation to anyone whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our mission and values.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and artwork provided through the Organization’s programs remain the intellectual property of the Organization or the respective creators. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written consent.

Participants and their guardians agree to follow all safety guidelines during activities. The Organization is not responsible for injuries or losses incurred during participation in programs or events, except as required by applicable law.

The Organization respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or participation is used solely for program administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Donations
All donations made to Spark A Life With Art are final and non-refundable. Donors agree that their contributions will be used to further the Organization’s mission.
